Licensing and accreditation

We are licensed by OhioMHAS (Residential Class 1 License – Group Home).

Yes, we are accredited by CARF. Our accreditation date is February 11, 2025.

Rates are available upon request. We offer five levels of care based on each youth’s individual needs.

Not yet. As a newly opened group home, we are actively working toward Title IV-E eligibility.
Beds and placement information

We have 5 licensed residential beds across two adjoining homes.

1401 E Long Street: 1 single-bed unit for individualized care.
1403 E Long Street: 4 group beds for youth able to live safely in a group setting.
